As part of the Operations Department, your single focus will be to make the office environment the envy of all advertising. And it’s a plum assignment, as you’ll be charged with managing all HR functions and operations at our offices in Chicago, San Francisco, and Nashville. Responsibilities
- Direct Report: SVP, Chief Financial Officer
- Cultivate trusting relationship with Two by Four staff when dealing with personnel issues
- Benefits administration
- Payroll
- Employee communications
- New hire orientation
- Job posting and pre-screening potential new hires
- Upkeep of personnel files
- Recruitment and staffing
- Internship program
- Employee development and training
- Policy reviews and updates
- Manage annual, quarterly and 90-day review process
- Operations:
- Manage office needs within annual budget
- Keep on top of all office equipment; copiers, printers, fax machines, phones, etc. to make sure they’re working properly at all times
- Purchase and maintain all office supplies
- Source vendors for more competitive pricing
- Responsible for the compliance of all office rules and procedures

Accountability
- This person will be accountable for running the Two by Four facilities seamlessly and efficiently, and managing all HR duties in ways that are mutually beneficial to the employees and the company
