When it comes to running an efficient business, real-time information is the life’s blood of today’s data-centric world. Zebra has long offered businesses world-class products like industrial printers and barcode scanners. But over the past decade their services expanded to include software solutions that allow their devices to talk to one another, and provide insightful data to managers and business owners. Also, they’ve included services to create custom solutions for all types of businesses ranging from Transportation & Logistics, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Retail. Our goal was to create a campaign that could promote all of their products, software and services, while laddering up to a global brand campaign that promoted the core benefit of their offering: total insight into your business. Our integrated “Visibility That Visionary” campaign launched in four continents and was translated to several languages.
As the campaign expanded to focus on specific products, we launched work for the TC8000, a computerized, hand-held barcode scanner that connected to a cloud-supported network allowing data to be stored, viewed and analyzed in real-time. In the end, the breakthrough feature of this innovative scanner was an invaluable 14% increase in work productivity.
We also created sales collateral to support the TC8000 scanner, sending potential customers a “Save Time Capsule.” Once opened they found a thumb drive in the shape of the TC8000 which housed a video. Also included was a brochure promoting the features and benefits of the product.
In the fast-paced world of warehousing, productivity can get lost in the details—like spending too much time reloading printer cartridges. While changing a traditional printer cartridge can take up to a minute, Zebra’s ZD420 printer takes only :08 seconds to load.
